AD5307BRUZ Overview


In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, you will find it. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~105°C when operating. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tube for the sake of space saving. 16 terminations are present in total.
