This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND HIGH POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.CATV RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 12V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.In order to operate it, 325mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
