A40MX02-2PL68 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 68-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. Having 57 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 295 logic elements/cells. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V , at which it runs. The MX series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the MX family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~70°C TA range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In order to find related parts, use the part number A40MX02 as a base. In this case, there are 68 pins on the board.
