3.3V 700MHz Clock Generators 48 Pins LQFP 48 Terminals
8731CY-01LF Overview
Embedded in the LQFP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVDS. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 700MHz. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 48 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 70°C with a reduced performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that frequency generators can handle. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.07 ns. A analog clock generator with 11 true output enable pins is configured for this application. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.465V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3.135V. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic.
