8415001EA Overview
It is configured with a trigger that uses POSITIVE EDGE. It belongs to the *series of FPGAs. There are 2 elements in it. It is a member of the HCfamily of D flip flop. In this case, the electronic component is mounted in the way of Through Hole. The electronic flip flop is designed with pins 16. Its clock edge trigger type is Positive Edge. The part is included in FF/Latch. The flip flop is designed with 2bits. 6 Vis the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2 V. As a result of its reliability, this D flip flop is ideally suited for TUBE. There are 2/6 V power supplies attached to it. A high level of efficiency can be achieved by maintaining the supply voltage at 5 V. As a result, it consumes 4 µA of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. DUMMY VALis also one of its characteristics. High level output current is set to -5.2 mA. Low level output current is set to 5.2 mA. A temperature below 125 °Cshould be used for operation. Ideally, the operating temperature should be greater than -55 °C. The minimal supply voltage is 2 V. The maximum supply voltage supported by the flip flop is 6 V. It is possible to achieve a frequency of 23 MHz. It adopts a logic IC of type J-KBAR FLIP-FLOP. The T flip flop is equipped with 2functions . The JK flip flop has a pin count of 16.
