8407301EA Overview
JK flip flop uses POSITIVE EDGEas the trigger. The *series comprises this type of FPGA. In total, it contains 1 elements. HCis the family of this D flip flop. The electronic part is mounted in the way of Through Hole. A total of 16pins are provided on this board. A Positive Edgeclock edge trigger is used in this device. It is included in FF/Latch. Flip flops designed with 6bits are used in this part. Vsup reaches its maximum value at 6 V. It is imperative that the supply voltage (Vsup) is maintained above 2 Vin order to ensure normal operation. On the basis of its reliable performance, this D flip flop is well suited for use with TUBE. The system runs on a power supply of 2/6 V watts. It is recommended that the supply voltage be kept at 5 Vto maximize efficiency. Despite external influences, it consumes 8 µAof quiescent current. There is -5.2 mA output current at the high level. There is 5.2 mA output current at the low level. It is recommended that the operating temperature be lower than 125 °C. A temperature above -55 °Cshould be used for the operation. Initially, it requires a voltage of 2 V as the minimum supply voltage. It is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 6 V. 20 MHzis the maximum frequency that can be achieved. This logic IC is D FLIP-FLOP. A total of 1 functions are provided by this T flip flop. With 16 pins, it is equipped with a low power consumption.
