8400002EA Overview
The package Rail/Tubecontains it. Currently, the output is configured to use TTL. It is configured with a trigger that uses NEGATIVE EDGE. It belongs to the *series of FPGAs. A high level of efficiency can be achieved by maintaining the supply voltage at 5 V. High level output current is set to -400 µA. Low level output current is set to 4 mA. A temperature below 125 °Cshould be used for operation. Ideally, the operating temperature should be greater than -55 °C. The minimal supply voltage is 4.5 V. The maximum supply voltage supported by the flip flop is 5.5 V. It is possible to achieve a frequency of 25 MHz. It adopts a logic IC of type J-K FLIP-FLOP. The T flip flop is equipped with 2functions . The JK flip flop has a pin count of 16.
