The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package contains FIFO memory chip.It's packaged in the shape of a Tube .The FIFO chips have a memory of 256 64 x 4 that can be used to store applications and data.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to -40°C~125°C .The FIFO memory's mounting type is Surface Mount .It uses a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V to operate.This memory logic is part of the 74HCT series.Memory IC's maximum operating supply current is 1mA .Memory IC is a member of the 74HCT7403 family.High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 5V .In FIFO means, there are 16 terminations.The IC of the part is OTHER FIFO memory type.Normally, the component owns 5V power supplies.Using this gadget, REGISTER BASED; BUBBLE BACK 2.7US can also be generated.Vsup is set to 5.5V (FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage).For normal operation, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V .The clock of the FIFO memory IC runs at 12MHz frequency.
