74HC574D Overview


The flip flop is packaged in a case of 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). You can find it in the Cut Tape (CT)package. It is configured with Tri-State, Non-Invertedas an output. It is configured with a trigger that uses a value of Positive Edge. Surface Mountmounts this electrical part. A voltage of 2V~6Vis required for its operation. Temperature is set to -40°C~85°C TA. It belongs to the type D-Typeof flip flops. In FPGA terms, D flip flop is a type of 74HCseries FPGA. Its output frequency should not exceed 59MHz Hz. D latch consists of 1 elements. As a result, it consumes 4μA quiescent current. Terminations are 20. The power source is powered by 4.5V. A JK flip flop with a 5pFfarad input capacitance is used here.
