74F623PC Overview
This package uses 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). A logical driver using the Tube external packaging is used in this application. Buffers like this are available in the Through Hole-mount form factor. Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits see a wide range of applications, as shown here. There is a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V applied to this ethernet transceiver in order to power it.
