74ACT245MSAX Overview
Using a neat 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. The bus transceiver is available in a Surface Mount mount design. Typical Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic circuits see a broad range of applications. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA. Its output current is 24mA 24mA in the high and low logic states. Currently, bus transceiver supports 3-State outputs. A total of 1 elements are used. 74ACT series network transceivers belong to this group. A logic device such as this has 20 terminations with different functions. Supply voltage is 5V. Family ACT includes the buffer IC . There are 20 pins set with the electric component. A total of 2 ports are available on this bus transceiver.
