651MLFT Overview


The clock divider is packaged in a SOIC case. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 200MHz. It contains 8 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.5V can be used to achieve high efficiency. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. It has a pin count of 8. It is operated by using 8 pins. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than 0°C. Having a maximum operating temperature of 70°C enables stable operation. 651 is a family of electronic gadgets. By default, output 4 is set. A maximum of 2.625V V can be supplied to it. With the source voltage at 1.425V, it is possible to operate with a low voltage source. You can also get ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V SUPPLY when you use this gadget. A quiescent current of 50mA is consumed, and its external influences are unaffected.
