602-00013 Overview
There is a memory type Non-Volatile for this type of device. The case comes in the Tube style. The file is embedded in a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case. This chip has an 128Kb 16K x 8 size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. A supply voltage of 1.7V~5.5V can be applied to it. There is a recommended mounting type of Through Hole for it. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 400kHz. A package of 8 pins is used to protect this memory device. This memory runs on an 5V operating supply voltage. There must be at least an -40°C operating temperature for this device. The part should not be operated at temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius as otherwise, the part may be damaged due to the excessive amount of heat. This part should have a minimum supply voltage of 2.5V. A maximum voltage of 6.5V shall be allowed for its operating voltage. As a result of the frequency of this memory chip, data can be processed at a rate of 400kHz.
