There is greater flexibility with the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width), 18 Leads package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 14V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 18 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 18 pins available.An output current as high as 2A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 650V.This device is capable of delivering 2A current.
