A higher level of flexibility is provided by its Module package.A packaging method of Tray is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 14.5V~15.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~85°C TA is allowed for this device.A high-side voltage can be set up to 4500V (Bootstrap).Gate drivers of this type are included in the SCALE™-2 series.
